Why we started suss.

The case was open and shut. The check took a year.

In 2021 our founder was rear-ended. The police report put the other driver 100% at fault. Nobody argued about the facts. The settlement still took twelve months to reach her, and none of that time was spent on the law.

It was spent on the money. Confirming the lien. Matching the check to the matter. Waiting for the reconciliation. Getting the right person to sign. Every step was a person moving numbers between systems that didn’t talk to each other, and every step was invisible to the client waiting at the end of it.

That’s not a legal problem. It’s an operations problem. And operations problems can be solved.
