Messaging policy

SMS consent, terms & privacy.

Account notifications and two-factor authentication for law-firm owners and authorized firm users.

suss. AI Inc. · Policy version: September 18, 2026

This document describes the SMS program and the consent procedure for client onboarding over Zoom. Enrollment requires the recipient's express agreement; viewing this page or attending an onboarding call does not enroll anyone.

SMS terms and conditions

suss. AI Inc. offers optional SMS account notifications and user-requested two-factor authentication codes. These terms apply when you opt in and SMS service is enabled for your account.

This program does not include marketing texts. SMS messages must not contain client or patient information, case details, or financial account details. Review sensitive information only after signing in to the application.

Please tell us if your phone number changes or you no longer control it. A different recipient must provide their own consent before enrollment.

SMS privacy policy

For this SMS program, suss. uses your mobile number, identity and account association, consent choices, consent timestamps, message delivery information, and opt-out records to operate messaging, authenticate requested sign-ins, answer support requests, and honor your preferences.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent authorizes messages from suss. only and is not transferred to another sender.

We provide messaging service providers, including Twilio, only the information needed to deliver and administer messages on our behalf. They do not receive permission to use your SMS consent for their own messaging. SMS consent records and authentication codes are not used to train AI models.

Consent and opt-out records must be kept in access-controlled company records for as long as needed to administer the program, demonstrate consent, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations. Actual customer consent records are not published on this page.

This SMS-specific policy supplements the general privacy policy. Where the general policy contains broader language about data use, model training, sharing, or transfers, the narrower restrictions on SMS data and consent in this section govern the SMS program.
